Day by day
Day 1
Arrival in Hanoi, the beginning of a dream
- Welcome and transfer to a boutique hotel in the Old Quarter.
- A first stroll hand in hand through lanes where Vietnamese tradition and French colonial heritage meet.
Day 2
Hanoi, between history and culture
- The Temple of Literature and the gardens of the Hồ Chí Minh Mausoleum.
- The One Pillar Pagoda, perched over its pond like a lotus flower.
- Markets and busy streets; in the evening, a water puppet show if you wish.
Day 3
Hạ Long Bay, a sea of emerald
- About 2.5 hours by car through rice paddies and quiet villages.
- A luxury cruise among thousands of limestone islands: caves, kayaking and golden sunsets.
- Romantic dinner under the stars.
Day 4
Back to Hanoi
- Tai Chi on deck in the sea breeze, a slow breakfast and a last cruise through the bay.
- Return to Hanoi; the afternoon is yours.
Day 5
Hội An, timeless charm
- Flight to Đà Nẵng and a 45-minute drive to Hội An.
- Colourful lanterns, centuries-old houses and alleys full of art. The rest of the day is free.
Day 6
Hội An, where time stands still
- The Japanese Bridge, the merchant house of Tấn Ký, temples and markets scented with spices and flowers.
- In the evening, release lanterns on the Hoài River together.
Days 7–8
Hội An, days of freedom and love
- Two free days at your own pace: the beaches of An Bàng or Cửa Đại, lantern-making or tailoring workshops, or bicycles through the rice fields.
- Trà Quế village, its herb gardens, and a cooking class.
Day 9
Nha Trang, a dreamlike escape
- Flight from Đà Nẵng to Nha Trang and transfer to the Six Senses resort, between the mountains and the sea.
- The rest of the day to settle in and slow down.
Day 10
Nha Trang, gardens of paradise
- White sand, spa treatments with natural ingredients, snorkelling in clear water, or simply nothing at all.
Day 11
Nha Trang to Hanoi, a sweet farewell
- A calm morning, then the flight back to Hanoi.
- Last shopping, sunset around Hoàn Kiếm Lake, or a toast at a restaurant overlooking the city.
Day 12
Until we meet again, Vietnam
- Depending on your flight, a last breakfast in one of Hanoi's cosy cafés before the transfer to the airport.
